Hashya Talita-------- Happy to be here at Bella’s blog! Hi all! Today I’m going to share one of my workout routines with you. I asked bella what I can share on here, and she said “Anything”. Sooooo I thought it would be fun to share my easy do-it-at-home workout routine. Let’s jump into it.
Working out is something that I do on a daily basis. I love food and exercising is my way to try to balance it out, especially since my W-DAY is getting closer and closer so I need my dress to fit me! Lol. First I want to clarify that I’m not a pro or anything so I know that my form might not be that perfect. For a better understanding of the right posture and form, I suggest doing some research about it or follow some personal trainers that share their workout online, I love @kayla_itsines and @nikkisharp.
I do this workout routine almost everyday, but on top of that, I run, cycle and do Muaythai too. To be able to work out daily, my tip is to know your main goal, which is to be healthy. A lot of people do it because of many reasons like to lose weight or to get toned, which is not a bad goal to have! but do make sure that whatever you’re doing is sustainable and that being healthy is the most important thing! Find a sport that you enjoy most so It becomes something that you love to do!
